Making Reservations: Your First Step
To secure your desired items, a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) is required. Connect with one of our knowledgeable sales associates to determine the necessary deposit amount for your rental package. Please note that checks and debit/check cards cannot be used for deposits, and full payment is mandated before delivery.
We require credit card details to ensure security for all orders. If you prefer to pay with cash or check upon delivery, your card will only be charged if payment is not received at that time or if the terms outlined in our Policies are breached.

Our extensive party equipment rental catalog includes specifications and capabilities for many items. Please be aware that these details are approximate and may change due to equipment upgrades, replacements, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Modifications: Flexibility for You
To enable any changes to your order, please submit final adjustments to item counts at least 24 hours prior to the event. If you need to cancel, doing so 24 hours before the event will grant you a full refund of your initial deposit. However, cancellations made within six hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund. Specialty order items, including linens and tablecloths, cannot be refunded if canceled within two days of the event.
Optional Damage Waiver for Peace of Mind
We offer a damage waiver fee of 10%, designed to alleviate your liability for accidental damage to rented items. Please note that this waiver does not cover losses due to theft, neglect, intentional damage, or failure to care for items properly.
Covered damages may include: accidental chips or cracks in china or glassware, stains on linens, and physical damage to tables or chairs. All damaged or broken items must be returned, and please remember that missing items are not included in the coverage. The damage waiver fee is non-refundable.

Delivery is provided for a nominal fee, determined by the delivery zip code. Our delivery hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Should you require delivery outside of these hours or on Sundays, an additional fee will apply. The delivery time will be confirmed the day before your scheduled event. While you may request a three-hour delivery window, please note that this time is not guaranteed. If your rentals are not returned as planned, an additional rental day may be charged, although discounts may be offered in exceptional circumstances.
Delivery will be made to street-level doors only. If your location is situated upstairs, downstairs, or in a remote area, additional delivery charges may apply.

When requesting tenting services, please inform your sales associate about any hidden pipelines or sprinkler systems underground to prevent property damage during setup.
Responsibility for Rental Equipment
Customers are liable for the rental equipment from the moment of delivery until pickup. Ensure that all equipment is secure when not in use and protected from adverse weather conditions, as our insurance does not cover items while they are in your possession.
Pickup Services: Preparing for Return
All rental items should be assembled at the agreed-upon location and be ready for pickup at the scheduled time. Please repackage china, silverware, and utensils in the containers they arrived in, and ensure that linens are returned dry and free of waste. Avoid rolling up or placing wet linens in bags, as this can lead to mildew. Tables and chairs should be disassembled and stacked for efficient pickup.
Setup and Breakdown Services: Planning Ahead
If you desire assistance with setting up or breaking down your rental equipment, please arrange this service before your items are delivered. In cases where no prior arrangements are made, our drivers will need authorization to provide these services upon delivery. Fees typically range from $1.50 per table and between $0.50 and $0.75 per chair.
